Dr. Allen Silvey - DO
I received my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. I completed my residency in Internal Medicine and fellowships in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, NJ. Before my medical training, my life experiences include retiring from the United States Marine Corps in May 1997 and retiring from the Army National Guard Battalion, Surgeon, out of Woodbury, NJ in 2015. I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife and 4 children down at Cape May.
Dr. Peter J. Saccone - DO
I am very happy to be part of Medcorps and to have the opportunity to work in South Jersey. I attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine for both medical school and residency. I came to Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed my fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care medicine. I have had additional training in the field of interventional pulmonology. These highly specialized skills allow me to diagnose lung cancer in its earliest stages, offering options, even cures, never before available. I was an assistant professor of medicine at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine and continue to teach physicians of all skill levels. I live here in South Jersey, and love spending my free time with my beautiful wife and daughter. Additionally, I am the medical director at Underground Martial Arts and Fitness, where I have earned a 2nd degree Black Belt in mixed martial arts. I look forward to seeing you in the office!
Michelle Hathaway - PA-C
I attended Philadelphia University (currently known as Thomas Jefferson University) and graduated cum laude from their 5-year accelerated program in 2013 with my Master's of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. I am certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Prior to joining MedCorps in 2018, I spent the first five years of my career as a physician assistant working in primary care in the South Jersey area. I currently live in Gloucester County with my husband and we enjoy spending time with family or traveling in our spare time. I look forward to seeing you in our Sewell office!
Devon Lappin - APRN-NP-C
I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with my Doctor of Nursing Practice. I received my Doctor of Nursing Practice, Family Nurse Practitioner from Rutgers University, Camden, NJ and my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ramapo College of New Jersey, Mahwah, NJ. Prior to joining MedCorps I worked as an emergency room nurse and then as a Primary Care Provider. During this time, I developed my interest in pulmonary medicine and I am looking forward to working with you! In my free time I enjoy spending time at the shore with my family and working on my gardening skills.
Holly McCord MSN, NP-C, APRN
I am a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). I received my Masters of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Illinois and my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University. Prior to joining MedCorps I worked as a Nurse Practitioner in Urgent Care in Lexington, KY. Along with this experience, I bring with me to the MedCorps family over 23 years of healthcare experience including emergency medicine as a Registered Nurse. I am excited to provide care to the residents of Kentucky in our Maysville office and the patients in New Jersey. When I am not at the Kentukcy office, I enjoy spending my time with my husband and three children.
David Visco MD FCCP FPLI
Dr. Visco is board-certified in internal medicine, pulmonology, sleep medicine and critical care by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a biology graduate of Temple University, Philadelphia, and earned his medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine, Dominica, West Indies. He completed a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine at Drexel University, Philadelphia. He spent nearly 15 years at Cancer Centers of America, Philadelphia, managing the most complex patient cases coming from all over the world. A native of Philadelphia, he lives with his wife in Cape May County. They became foster parents nine years ago. "We believe in giving back because we have been so fortunate to receive," he says.

Christine Saccone - Clinical Pharmacist
I am the clinical pharmacist and one of the medical scribes for the practice. I earned my PharmD from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. I have been a pharmacist for 13 years, and have experience in retail and long term care settings. I live in South Jersey with my husband and daughter. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, cooking and reading.
Emma Kerr, PA-C
I am a board certified physician assistant. I attended Drexel University and graduated magna cum laude from their 5 year accelerated program in 2023 with my Master’s of Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies. I am certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). I live in West Philadelphia with my fiancé, our dog, and cat. In my free time I enjoy hiking, swing dancing, cooking, and teaching my dog to talk with buttons. My work history composed of mostly long term ventilatory units before starting here at MedCorps. Here in the office I handle it all from home sleep testing, pulmonary function testing and FENO testing. I am happily married with 2 children and 2 step-children, who keep me on my toes. I look forward to seeing you in the office and to help you with all your respiratory needs.
Gemma Barker - RRT
I am the Respiratory Therapist in the Linwood Office. I've been an respiratory therapist since 1998. Most of my work history took place in Critical Care setting. I am new at Medcorps and I'm honored to be here to suit all of your needs. In my free time, I love being with my family and friends. I also enjoy refurnishing furniture when I have the time.

I am MedCorps' Practice Nurse. I earned my bachelor's degree from East Carolina University and my nursing degree from Gloucester County College. I am currently working towards my bachelor's of nursing degree. I have been in the nursing field for 10 years now. My work history includes Underwood Memorial Hospital in Woodbury, NJ and also PENN Presbyterian Hospital in PA. I love spending time with my husband and 4 children in Cape May and we travel whenever we can. I have also completed 8 triathlons so far. Debbie McFadden - CMA, CPT, and CMBS
I became part of the Medcorps family in 2017. I am the billing/office manager of the Sewell office. I am a certified medical assistant, phlebotomist and medical insurance claims billing specialist. I am also a NJ state licensed notary. I currently live in south Jersey with my 3 sons who keep me extremely busy and young. I enjoy traveling and spending time with my sons whenever I have spare time. I look forward to meeting you and welcoming you part of our Medcorps family.
Stefanie Rice - Receptionist and Billing Specialist
I am the receptionist and billing in the Sewell office. I am so happy to join the Medcorps family. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and a minor in Education. I have been married to my husband for 13 years and we have three kids to keep us busy. We have a son and twin daughters! I love to spend time with my family and experience new things with them.
Tarana Scott - Billing Specialist
I am part of the billing department. I'm a certified biller, certified pharmacy technician and I have an associate degree in criminal justice. I've been married for 8 years. I have three beautiful children. When I'm not working, I'm spending time with my family friends. We love to travel and see new places.
Amy Barboza - RN
I am a Registered Nurse at MedCorps. I graduated from Helene Fuld School of nursing and also have an Associates degree in Science. I have been a nurse for 15 years and have worked on long-term care and ventilator units. When outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my dog. My other interests include Art, Comedy, and Music. I love being a nurse and caring for and helping others.
Marlyn Damiano MA
I am a Medical Assistant in the Sewell office. I am thrilled to join the Medcorps family. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and an Associates in Business Administration. I have been married to my husband since 2011 and we have a Toy Poodle. I love to head to the gym, read, watch movies, travel, and spend time with my poodle and my husband. Hope to meet you soon!

Brenda Gabrielli - LPN
I have 1 son and 2 1/2 yr old twin granddaughters, that I love beyond words and spend as much free time as I can get with them. I have been in nursing for almost 30 years. 29 years in sub acute rehab and vent units and now with medcorps. Such a huge and exciting change for me. I am an advocate for ALS as it has affected my family personally.

I am one of the Medical Assistants working here at Medcorps Sewell office . I have been working in doctors offices for over 15 years and a Certified Medical Assistant for the last 6 years . I have been in Primary Care , Neurology and now Pulmonary fields. When off from work I love to spend time with my husband and 9 year old son. I enjoy movies , books and anything GEEK . Dawn Zervas - Lab Tech
I am certified phlebotomist. Where I worked at Cape Regional Hospital for over ten years. I have experience in working in the lab and performing blood draws on 40 plus patients daily. While at Cape Regional Hospital I also worked at the outreach program where I found a love with working with the senior living. I look forward on being a part of the MedCorps team.
Debbie Foster - Receptionist
I am the receptionist for the Linwood office, Prior to working for Medcorps Asthma and Pulmonary I managed an Internal Medicine practice in Atlantic City for 15 years. I feel that my good communication skills allow me to have a positive interaction with patients and families. I have extensive knowledge in managing a different variety of customer service and administrative tasks while working in a high-volume environment. I am certified in Athena electronic health record system. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 24 years and we have one child. We love going the beach and boating. We love attending Phillies and Union games whenever possible.

Nicole Patroni - RN
I am a Registered Nurse at MedCorps Asthma and Pulmonary. I graduated from Atlantic Cape Community College with my Associates in the Applied Science of Nursing and have many years of hands-on experience in a wide variety of positions. Some of those range from working on Medical/Surgical and Progressive Cardiac Units in the hospital to Sub-Acute Rehabilitation and Wound Care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and two amazing sons. I have been a part of the South Jersey community my entire life and am blessed to be able to assist you in your healthcare! Amanda McCullen
I am the medical receptionist for Med corps asthma and pulmonary at the Cape May courthouse office. I moved over from a Primary Care Setting to working with amazing Specialists. I’m so happy To be a part of this wonderful practice ! We have such a great team . I am a lifelong resident of south Jersey I did, however, move to Florida for some Time for schooling and ,education & family. I coach 2nd Grade Cheerleading on my down time for my daughter . I love how our office is so positive, caring and devoted . I am a mother of two beautiful girls that are my everything! A wonderful relationship. They All keep me very busy!

I received my training in the US Navy Hospital Corps. I'm happily married with 3 beautiful daughters. In my FreeTime I love spending time with my girls.
